6. Confidentiality commitment of user’s personal information

- Personal information of mPAYvn’s users are committed to absolute confidentiality in accordance with the policy of protecting personal information of the Company. The collection and use of user information shall be made only with the consent of the customer, except as otherwise provided by law.

- Do not use, transfer, distribute or disclose to third parties any personal information without the consent of the customer.

- In case, the information server is hacked resulting in loss of personal data, mPAYvn App is responsible for reporting the case to investigating authorities for timely processing and will notify the user.

- Guarantee absolute confidentiality of user’s online transaction information, including billing information, digitized voucher data in the data center safety level 1 of the mPAYvn App.

- mPAYvn App management requires individuals to be Member when register / purchase, must provide relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, account number, payment card number ... and be responsible for the legality of provided information. The management of mPAYvn App is not responsible nor does it solve any complaints related to the member's interests if it considers that user’s personal information when register are incorrect.

7. Customer service procedure for receiving and dealing with customer complaining

Within 10 workings day since receiving member’s complain, the related deparment/unit has responsible for finding out the cause of the complaint and the solution. It depends on each case’s nature for the responsible departmnet/unit to have the specific solutions.

If the agreement is still unable to resolve the member's complaint, either party will have the right to request the competent legal authority to intervene in order to ensure the legitimate interests of the parties.
